I am a neurodivergent Pakistani-American epidemiologist, public health researcher, clinical social work graduate student, founder of The Bouncy Brain, a consultancy and educational initiative, and author.

I was born and raised in a rural town in the North Georgia mountains by Pakistani immigrant parents, and I now live near North Lake Tahoe, Nevada, with my three rescued cats. On most days, you will find me writing furiously as if my life depended on it, sipping iced coffee/matcha, reading in the sun, or bouldering somewhere in the mountains.
